Not a perfectly measured course. Came out expecting a 5K. It was more than 3 miles but maybe not quite 3.1.
Got 7th place overall with a time of 21:04!!
It was the CR invitational... I felt bad at the end, so I couldn't really push.. but I am really happy with my time.
Some hills. But all managable and downhill to compensate.. Lots of grass, some trail and pavement.

7 minute miles sounds great to me -- especially for this XC terrain. Sorry you didn't feel better at the finish.
