For the month of September, I, Dana Lester, and my parents Gary and Lauren Lester solemnly swear to eat one local meal a day. So far it has been fabulous. My mom bought a lot of local food at the Co-Op and we have lots of food from my garden in Fieldbrook and the garden here at home!
The Co-Op is doing a contest for this month, so my family decided to try it out. I am really excited and so far the food has been the best dinners I've had in years!
Today I made stuffed zucchini's and mom and dad make homemade noodles.
